Transition to a new system of secondary education, oriented on development is brought up a problem of purposes, content and technologies of organization of vocational guidance of pedagogical personnel. One of the methodical decisions is a competent approach in accord with purposeful checkpoint of vocational guidance, which is a formation of professional-personal competence of a teacher.
The aim of the research: to substantiate theoretically and experimentally check up an effectiveness of realization of formation of culture of pedagogical communication of future teachers from the position of competent approach.
The object of the research: process of preparation of future teachers
The subject of the research: formation of culture of pedagogical communication of future teachers from the position of competent approach.
Methodological and theoretical foundations of the research are the common principles of epistemology, fundamental science-wide and psychological-pedagogical positions, which have a methodological meaning, studies of pedagogical knowledge methods. The theoretical base of the research is psycho-pedagogical conception of consciousness and activity unity, social communication theory, competent approach of vocational guidance.
Practical significance of the research:
working out and inculcation in education process of high school the additions to work programs by specialties “Introduction of specialty”, “Pedagogics”, “Psychology”, “Policy of teaching special discipline”, “Kazakh language” in the Russian groups and “Russian language” in Kazakh groups and pedagogical practice, focused on formation of competent culture of pedagogical communication;
Working out of special courses “Culture of pedagogical communication of future teachers”.
Approbation and inculcation of the main positions and results of the research were realized in the process of experimental work and reported on international and regional conferences (Pavlodar, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008; Aktobe 2007, Semipalatinsk 2008), and in editions recommended by Committee of control in the fields of education and science of MES of RK and so on.

diagnostics of formation of culture of pedagogical communication from the position of competent approach, criteria, characteristics and stages of its formation;
ways of formation of competent culture of pedagogical communication in a series of psycho-pedagogical and the humanities, pedagogical practice;
results of experimental control of effectiveness of formation of culture of pedagogical communication in the process of vocational guidance of future teachers from the position of competent approach.
We connect the perspective of research with further working out of educational technologies, which develop pedagogical communication of working teachers and learning teachers from the position of competent approach.
