The contemporary educational paradigm puts forward objectively new requirements to the pedagogical activity of a teacher that must be directed to the final result – formation of a self-training, self-managing, creative personality with a broad scope of knowledge, abilities and expressed interests, successfully fulfilling his/her function in the surrounding world. Solving of the task depends on the level of teacher’s readiness to organize different kinds of activities for children in the entire pedagogical process.
Urgency of the research: The contemporary educational paradigm puts forward objectively new requirements to the pedagogical activity of the teacher of new formation.
The object of the research: the process of professional training of a prospective teacher.
The methodological basis of the research: the theory of knowledge, the doctrine of activity and creative nature of personality, methodological statement of unity of consciousness and activity, the theory of the object of professional activity, systemic-structural, integrated, personally-active, culturological, axiological, competence, synergetic approaches.
The following positions are being put forward for defense:
1. The theoretic-methodological basis for formation of readiness of a prospective teacher to carry out unity of pupils’ school and extra-curricular activity is defined.
2. The essence of realization of unity of pupils’ school and extra-curricular activity has been justified.
3. The theoretical model of readiness of a prospective teacher to carry out unity of school and out of school activity has been constructed.
4. The structural-content model of the wholesome system of students’ training for the kind of professional activity under research has been worked out.
5. The model of the method of gradual formation of a prospective teacher to carry out unity of school and out of school activity has been constructed.
6. The pedagogical conditions of higher education institutions which provide the formation of readiness of a prospective teacher to carry out unity of school and extra-curricular activity have been detected.
Application of the results: reflected in 60articles of the author which were reported at international, Republic, regional scientific-theoretical and scientific-practical conferences, and also in articles of the candidate in the editions recommended by the Committee of supervision and certification in the sphere of education and science of MES of RK.
Recommendations on application: the courses on psychology-pedagogical disciplines should be extended by the elective on essence of realization of the unity of pupil’s school and extra-curricular activities; special courses, workshops and new forms of organization of students’ extracurricular activities which reinforce their activity, individual work capacity, creativity are to be introduced into the process of professional training; courses for the university faculty on how to organize the unity of students’ curricular and extracurricular activity in conditions of transference to a credit system of education are to be conducted.
The field of application: the system of higher professional education, the system of comprehensive schools, the courses of Improvement of Professional Skill and Retraining of Teachers.
The purpose of the research: justification of theoretic-methodological and methodical bases for formation of readiness of prospective teachers to carry out unity of children’s school and extra-curricular activities in the entire pedagogical process.
The practical significance of the research:
T theoretic-methodological basis has been worked out with the aim of teachers training for effective performance of the function – to develop integrated pupil’s personality by using opportunities of every kind of child’s activity;
In the course of study the educational-methodic complex has been prepared which was applied at higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and Russia and which includes textbooks, educational manuals, “Concepts of students’ education at higher education institutions”, programmes of the special courses “The theory of entire pedagogical process as the basis for realization of the unity of children’s school and extra-curricular activity”, “Modern educational technologies in the system of teachers’ professional training”, etc. There have been worked out “Concepts of school’s educational system”, methodic school tackles, methodic recommendations for organization of children’s school and extra-curricular activity; a programme of the special course for school teachers.
The perspective of the research: formation of readiness of students of higher education institutions for interaction of the subjects of pedagogical process in organizing children’s vital activity, formation of technological competence of a prospective teacher to carry out unity of school and extra-curricular activity, interaction of university and institutes faculty in students’ training for organization of unity of children’s school and extra-curricular activity.
