    • influence of microwave irradiation have been studied on route of reaction Mannich aminomethylation of phenylacetilene, acetophenone, cyclohexanone. Dependence of an output of products on a structure of reagents have been researched. It is established, that application of microwave irradiation allows to refuse use of solvent and to reduce time of reaction with 24 h to 3-5 minutes;
    • during researching reaction of oxidation nitrogen-containing heterocycles of pyridine number by hydrogen peroxide under the microwave irradiation have been developed convenient methods of synthesis N-oxides. Time of reaction have been reduced with 6 h to 20 minutes;
    • reaction of oxidation of anabasine and dianabasinilmethane by hydrogen peroxide under the microwave irradiation is studied. It is found, that a unique product of oxidation is oximin--(pyridyl-3)- pentanoic acid -N-oxide;
    • influence of microwave irradiation on the way of reaction of oxidation 4-methylpyridyn by nitric acid has been studied and the one-pot method of synthesis isonicotinic acid under the microwave irradiation have been developed, allowing to reduce time of reaction and to raise intensity of process;
    • the one-pot method of synthesis of a known antituberculous preparation Izoniazide by interaction isonicotinic acids and hydrazine-hydrate under the microwave irradiation, have been described contract of number of stages, increase of intensity of process is developed. In>
    • the method of mathematical planning experiment by Protodyakonov-Malyshev picks up optimum conditions of synthesis of Izoniazide under the microwave irradiation. Dependences of an yield Izoniazide from capacity of radiation, time of reaction and a parity of reagents are revealed, the laboratory manual on synthesis of Izoniazide under the microwave irradiation is made.

The practical value of the results.

As a result of the lead researches the effective method of carrying out of reaction of Mannich aminomethylation of phenylacetilene, acetophenone, cyclohexanone, reactions of oxidation nitrogen-containing heterocycles of pyridine number is developed. The one-pot method of synthesis of isonicotinic acid under the microwave irradiation is developed. The one-pot method of synthesis of a known antituberculous preparation Izoniazide can be applied in a pharmaceutical industry of Republic of Kazakhstan. Laboratory manual on synthesis of Izoniazide can be applied in a laboratory practice and small amount manufacture of the given drug.

The field of application. Effective way of carrying out of Mannich aminomethylation and oxidation nitrogen-containing heterocycles of pyridine number, the one-pot method of synthesis of a known antituberculous drug Izoniazide and its derivatives can be applied in organic synthesis, pharmacology, medicine and scientific-research establishment.
